I called last week and actually spoke to someone, who said he'd get back to me by email. He never did. I called again today and was told the person in charge of webmaster accounts was "on vacation". I called bullshit and told him to stop giving me the runaround, I wanted a straight answer about what was going on. He hemmed and hawed and I hung up in disgust.
