Actually, what we do is pair up the best outsourced talent with the right companies needing their service, and then act as their QA partner, making sure that their CGD staff members have the tools and support they need to excel in all of their assignments.
Think of it this way: We are like fully managed hosting is in comparison to unmanaged hosting. With most outsourcing firms, you get a worker, and then he/she is your blessing or curse to deal with unless you decide to fire him/her. At CGDeveloping, the client may retain a staff member from us, but they also get the added bonus of our project management and QA services. CGD clients call us to conceptualize projects, discuss goals, and lay down the groundwork of a task, if it's not already there. Then we organize the customers vision into a concise work flow (something many clients have trouble with on their own, especially when they do not come from a technical background like I do) which is then executed by the workers the client retains.
