seen it awhile ago , looks like the guy was in the middle of carving. probably didn't even understand what was going on. cop seemed trigger happy , although the actual shooting takes place out of camera so its hard to say but from the reaction of the bystander , seemed totally unjustified. You dont "shoot to kill" because a guy doesnt drop a knife in 3 seconds if he isnt doing anything. What if he were simply a deaf chef from a nearby restaurant. Who knows, but its pretty sad when cops tell us whats justified instead of the other way around. Cops work for us and should be protecting and serving us how we want them to do it , not how they want to do it. That is not how i want cops protecting us, and i think the majority of people would agree.
