I understand that, I just want to know why the ones that came from else where aren't covered by their insurance. If the ones that are from the city is covered, then that should be paid for right?
The ones that have health problems from other states, their health coverage is denied because they went to another state to help?
I just want to know who's not getting covered and why?
Now the ones that don't have any coverage, I'm all for them getting coverage and healthcare, but how many of them are there?

Carbon is not the problem, it makes up 0.041% of our atmosphere , 95% of that is from Volcanos and decomposing plants and stuff. So people in the US are responsible for 13% of the carbon in the atmosphere which 95% is not from Humans, like cars and trucks and stuff and they want to spend trillions to fix it while Solar Panel plants are powered by coal plants
