I only asked questions, are you against that?

I never said I was against it, re read the thread and you will see, but you said a couple times I was against it, I never said that, I said I was for it, but I had questions, it's over 7 billion dollars, I know with Obama spending trillions, it doesn't seem like much, but it is, I keep seeing $10k signs on the freeway telling us where the money is going and it makes me sick.

Carbon is not the problem, it makes up 0.041% of our atmosphere , 95% of that is from Volcanos and decomposing plants and stuff. So people in the US are responsible for 13% of the carbon in the atmosphere which 95% is not from Humans, like cars and trucks and stuff and they want to spend trillions to fix it while Solar Panel plants are powered by coal plants
