Post here if you are owed money from SOBV, im considering getting an attorney to put Webmasterchecks on notice that they are holding funds that belong to a 3rd party and that they may be legally liable if they release the funds to Jason Forest before clearly assertaining whom they belong to, which is affiliates he gave webmasterchecks the money to pay.
What do you think about this? Im not owed much, but its a matter of principle. The more we have the stronger the case will be on this

I'm no attorney but I'd guess they would be legally liable if they released money directly to you, not the other way around. YOU are not a client of theirs, SOBV is. Any business is between SOBV and yourself.
I think you'd need to first sue SOBV and win, then try to collect from funds being held by webmaster checks.
