United States missiles put North Koreans at risk. So it would only be natural that North Korea would want to build a deterrence. And considering how many countries America has attacked and the millions it has slaughtered it seems fair enough to me that North Korea wants to defend itself. And keep in mind, that of the two countries, although both have been involved in civil war, ONLY the United States has attacked other countries.
