I shot a g/g scene recently for a client, and one of the girls encouraged the other to fist her--which she did. I sent the tape to the client (they do the editing) with a note about the fisting, but I don't know if the scene made it to the website, or if it'll be on a DVD sometime in the future.
Also, I bought a book on Amazon.com over 10 years ago called 'A Hand in the Bush' which is a sort of "Fisting for Dummies". If you can get it on Amazon, then how out of the mainstream and/or obscene can it be?
