Thanks for the link. I bought the ebook... but it's gonna take a while until I have all the new setup ready. It's really a pain in the ass.

Plus, new accounts are very slow to start. There is no history, low ranking, bids are higher, etc.

I'm willing to pay a lot to get a solid activated account which would work within days. Still need to make sure everything is alright.
