I like the idea of an added bonus. LeRoy and DTI gives you $75 just to sign up, but with a minimum payout level set at $200, which is fair.

For $100 I would definitely sign up and try a program for say a month or so. If it converts, I'd definetly stay on and keep sending traffic. No conversions and you're out.
