interesting thread.
its always amusing to see how quickly supposedly well educated people running a successful business succumb to name calling and finger pointing like they are in the third grade...it is a sad state of affairs if all you have to contribute to any argument is a loud thumping of your chest while you point at whatever flag is yours and grunt.
now that i have a child i really am scared for the direction the world is turning, there seems to be no one at the helm, we exist to serve corporations wills
if i was a religious person, this would be the time to start praying.
i hope you all have a wonderful few days off, and take time to think about both american/canadian soldiers stuck in a place they don't want to be, doing a job they don't want to be doing for a populace which will surely condemn them for doing it.
another point...the only reason the guys on dirt bikes are getting away with their bullshit is the way the troops hands are tied, these guys on dirt bikes go home to their families and hide in plain sight most of the time...its war, the only way to win it is to eliminate the other side, but we are unable to commit to such an act, so instead we trade body counts, and then insult the poor kids unfortunate enough to be sent over there to fight our battles for us.
hug your kids and hope they never get forced to go off to a foreign land and fight for the oil companies
