u can find in google webmasters tools also,
it depends on crawling google may show u many but yahoo may show few, bcoz yahoo's bot havent cralwd all pages where u put ur link.,

Thx cooldude, I've used this one as well. Its still not showing links that i am certain are there.
I dont know what it could be.
