lol, It actually already DID take off, around 2007, and there was a stint where certain artists HAD to put that sort of disclaimer on their sites a few years ago, but for now most ppl have lightened up.

But for now and since 2003 Toons are exempt from 2257 laws, they TRIED to include them, but US Supreme court overruled and it's pretty much stayed that way sans a few cases, (but those were famous toons and actual toon CP)
