They took about $3k from my account because of "possible fraud" It was in 2006, after that I never left more than 100$ as balance. As soon as I get a payment I request a withdraw and until it gets processed I dont accept new payments...

PayPal fu****ed me too, and I still use it.
Why dont you simply move away from income sources which require paypal/alertpay whatever?There is no way will i ever use paypal again after they frozen my 300 bucks.
