LOL i've guarantee you that I've owned and incorporated more companies over the last 10 years than you have for your *clients*.
I don't know what I am talking about yet your website makes statements like " A $13 Trillion (That's $13,000,000,000,000.00) National Debt ensures that individual tax rates will go up, possibly as much as 40%!. . . which can be completely avoided by incorporating NOW! "
Wow Sally, so all I have to do is set up a C corp and I can completely avoid taxes!?!?

I wrote that "individual" or personal taxes can be completely avoided through the use of a C Corp, which they clearly can.
If you incorporate online with ANY state you MUST also have a Registered Agent, physically located in the state of incorporation and that is where most of the online incorporators get you................
They will provide Registered Agent service for 6 months and then bill the Hell out of you for the remaining 6 months.
Don't pay it and your corporation will then lack "Good Standing" and you are fucked.
My service provides for a Registered Agent for the initial one-year life of the corp and continued RA service when the corp is renewed through my service.
As I have written many times, I do NOT rely on SEO traffic; preferring more direct marketing approaches.
I do not suck at the dick of the Great God Google.
Anyone can go online to the KS Secretary of State site and incorporate but the Registered AGent bugaboo will hang you up as the RA must be real, as they check.
The physical address requirement will kick you in the balls......you don't have one....I do.
Suck it up.
