AMG cars are quick, fast luxury cars.
Vettes are quick, fast sports cars. They aren't really meant to be super nice on the inside, they're meant to go fast straight, turn fast, and look good on the outside.

A ZR1 has a similar price point to an an E63AMG and is more expensive than a C series AMG (I considered a ZR1 purchase). For that price, I would like something other than plastic parts inside. My E63 has 500 HP and can do 0-60 in 4.0. It looks good and is classy (mines kinda mean with the carbon fiber and rims
).
With that said, the ZR1 is a beast. Just not my cup of tea.
