Well, that method hides you really well and pretty much indicates that you have a "closely held" corporation, which does a very poor job of keeping you shielded by the corporate veil but you do what you like.
When you incoporprate in a given state, your resident agent must be physically located in the state of registration. Example: if you live in Cali and incorporate in Delaware, you cannot be your own registered agent as you are not physically located in Delaware and must therefore pay for reigistered agent service in Delawre, thus adding to your cost.
This is true for all states and a P.O. Box is not acceptable. Physical address only.
