Anyone who sets up a Corporation - C or otherwise - over the fucking INTERNET is:
An Idiot.
Go to an attorney, meet with a cpa, maybe meet with another attorney, meet with your banker, do the research on the net if you wish but physically SEE SOMEONE. Sure, you can do it yourself even, download the forms from Legal Zoom or wherever, maybe it's just a paperwork thing....
But if it's your BUSINESS, and there are taxes and laws etc to deal with, and you are doing said business in an on-the-edge-of-acceptibility industry like PORN where it's wise to keep your head low and under the radar and keep ALL your ducks PERFECTLY in a row (taxes, 2257, etc) then GO MEET WITH SOMEONE in person.
Nothing against Sally/Sal, this "advice" is in regards to anyone. Maybe people won't fuck with you, maybe it will all be okay.....or maybe you treat your BUSINESS as a BUSINESS, not some online game.
