Just saw the movie Tron, and of course he gets in through a backdoor. I just never thought someone would actually have an easy way in. I mean techincally, phpmyadmin, could be considered a backdoor (to the database).

phpmyadmin is probably the #1 exploited tool out there and if its not setup correctly frankly someone just took over your server. We have seen more exploits because users simply just install phpmyadmin and don't bother to secure it than I'd like to say.
