One of my favorite (and most lucrative) mainstream programs pays Net 40 and I'm just fine with that since I make about $3 a click with them. But, Net 30 wouldn't be fine for an adult site selling subscriptions to a members area though, IMO. I don't think many people would promote it. $250 min. would be fine for me though, especially if you don't charge to cash out.
