We currently experience some disturbance in the service (lags). Technicians are working on replacement of hardware, which should be done within a couple of hours.

Nope, that was before for last nights script timeout, now all my signups are being affected and only happened in past hour. No support either on 31st of december, so I guess no signups for me today. awesome
