Reflections on My 2010 New Year?s Resolutions
1. To laugh and smile more
This is toss-up. I smiled and laughed a lot in 2010, but I also went through quite a bit of stress as I got my divorce finalized and worked 80 to 100 hours most weeks. I will put this back on the top of my list for 2011.
2. To make Immoral Productions the top up-and-coming company in the adult industry
Yes, I feel that I accomplished this lofty goal. My hard work is paying off and I have no doubt we are market leaders in producing live content.
3. To win at least one adult industry award ? last time I won an award I was in sales at IKON
Yes, our Fuck A Fan series was named Best New Series by Fox Magazine. I will be putting this back on my list for 2011, with the modification that I win either an AVN or XBIZ award.
4. To be more patient
Yes, I am becoming ever-so-slightly more patient as I get older.
5. To give love a chance
This is a toss-up. I fell in love as I have tendency to do. However, because of my commitment to my company this is not a realistic goal. It doesn?t mean I won?t fall in love at least once in 2011.
6. To go to at least one new country
No, I will be putting this on my list for 2011.
7. To watch Manchester City play live
No, I will be putting this on my list for 2011.
8. To continue to do things my own way
Yes, an empathic yes. I definitely do things my own way.
9. To do at least 30 minutes of exercise a day
No, I need to get more exercise. This will be back on my list in 2011 along with the goal of getting down to less than 180 pounds.
10. To stay focused on achieving my goals
Toss-up. While I stay focused on work, I did not spend enough time working on myself. And while I have drastically cut down on some of the self-destructive activities I used to engage in, I still need to spend more time on myself.
