Had a friend in for under a year on a real estate deal where they had overstated their income by several hundred thousand on the bank loan. He had gotten sucked into one of those get rick quick real estate programs and hooked up with another guy who was scamming all these real estate newbies to take the fall on bogus loan apps they were using to buy expensive properties. They finally caught the main scammer and he's looking at 25 plus.
But my buddy said it was nothing like he thought was going to happen. Everybody was cool and he was with mostly all white collar guys so he made lots of friends. Said they just read a lot, workout, and watch TV. No one assaulted him or anything like that. He didn't have to do much time cause he cut a deal to testify against the main schemer.
He got in perfect shape cause the low quality food was the part he didn't like much.
