I promote them on a couple of blogs, only just started so I can't really say much about paying.
I will say a lot of the tools are confusing/not there. They have a few sites that they have zero promo content for. Annoyed me because that's primarily the content I signed up for.
But as said, it's well known that they are a very socially responsible business. They do give a lot back to the community. The boss is also a nice Brit guy.
