Non Exclusive content 2257 question
When we buy non exclusive movies from a content provider with a license to use on our pay membership site, does Content Provider have to give us Model ID and model release and 2257 form or he only need to give us license and address where he keeps 2257?
One of our suppliers says he gives us only license and ID's s but not 2257 and not model release. Is it ok? can we display content with it?
When we sell our content on ClassyContent non exclusively we do supply 2257 form, model release and model ID. same question do we have to supply it?
