Ditto for the electric companies. No electric company will ever pull the plug on one missed payment, or even late payments, so long as they get made.
I understand your concerns with Zombaio, and I agree that they've handled this poorly, but your comparisons are shit.
And they have given an estimate for payment dates, from what I've read on here. I've used them in the past, had no problems. I am not currently using them, but plan on it in the future. From my experience with them, this seems like a big oops, but not anything to be overly worried about. My guess is that in the next week or so, everyone will get their payments, Zombaio will launch redpass, everyone will forget about this mishap, and most will be singing their praises.
Standing as an outsider on this issue (only because I am not currently using them), this seems to have blown to epic proportions mainly because many of the people who have late payments are sitting in front of their computers hitting refresh on their bank screens waiting for shit to happen. 1) Nothing happens that fast and 2) doing that makes every second seem like minutes, the minutes hours, and before you know it, you think you're waiting a lot longer than you really are.
Again, not choosing sides, not saying that you don't have a right to be upset about the late payments, but I truly think the "pulling links," "dropping from cascade," and "zombaio = epass" threads and comments are a bit premature.
Take a deep breath, and be patient.

Hey I appreciate your neutrality on the issue, and the fact that you don't like my comparisons...
I would ask this of you, accept empty and broken promises from at least 4-5 different payment processors, continue sending them business, watch 10's of thousands go out the door...rinse, and repeat....then see if my comparisons are still shit for you.
Unless you have had it happen to you, it might not be as easy for you to accept the natural hostility that is exhibited towards these types of companies in situations like this.
Think for a minute about this...
1. The funds owed to me have been collected form MY CUSTOMERS over 3 weeks ago!
2. The customers got the goods they paid for
3. Zombaio collected the funds and sits on them for 2 weeks, if they would disperse the funds more expeditiously then the money sitting in their account that is not theirs would not be left hanging around to cause temptations of tomfoolery
4. If you want to give them the benefit of the doubt, personally I can no longer do that...but if you want to I say this....all they have to do is come clean, and come clean immediately!
5. Where did the funds go when they left my customers credit cards, and where are the funds now?
In route, on the way, working it out, none of those answers my question, and the only conclusion I can draw is they don't have my money!
If they don't have my money then someone is guilty of fraud...Period.. There has been a crime committed.
How can funds not be secure?
See if someone froze my funds then I need to know who and why? Silence on these questions is all the answer any of us really needs.
Again did THOMAS get paid on New Years eve Friday, if so, from which account did his paycheck come from , and if not how does he stay motivated to work for a company that has not paid him?
Its almost like being a lawyer...learning how to phrase the appropiate question, and not being afraid to present it.
