That's called skimming. It sounds as if you have a lot of learning to do. Beyond the domain name and the hosting it can cost anywhere from $0 - $1,000,000 to start a TGP. Many of the scripts offer free versions which take a percentage of traffic or you can pay and keep all of your traffic. Then are you going to buy traffic to feed it? Design? There can be a lot to it. I'd find someone to help you with your first and pick their brain.
