I realize they are your competitor so you're skeptical and I can only provide feedback as a client. First, actually I will state that that 100k note was a place-holder number we did not update (our mistake), not the number provided by Degban. We've been an active client for about 1 month and are testing with 13 of our products. In that time 27,451 infringements have been found and 25,696 have been removed. We have the ability to go through the logs of both active and dead urls and the data matches up.
For us, the fact that there are almost 26,000 less free ways of getting our content plays into our business model.
We are happy with their service and realize there are other options for takedown services. We would encourage any studio to at least try any similar service such as yours-RemoveYourContent- because the general point is that these reasonable and feasible efforts play well with most content distribution business models.
