Doberman, as stated in our private emails, we are working to get your re-issue payment to you. Your payment was sent last month and was most likely lost in the postal process. We are diligently working to re-process the payment, however many people in our office have been out for the holidays, delaying new payments. The re-issue that you requested will be in your hands as soon as possible and we thank you for your patience.
