I'm worried though that some "agent" will just take advantage of him and take his money. He probably doesn't have a good support system around him, and one has to wonder if he'll choose his advisors wisely. His first order of business should be to find a great lawyer at a large, legit law firm and then go from there.
I could totally envision some shady dude saying, "sign this exclusive deal and I'll give you $1,000". He signs the paper and then he's fucked. I hope it doesn't happen, but I could see it happening.
