When I look back at how I got to where I am today it was a combination of lucky breaks and hard work. I worked my ass off but without the big breaks and all those times I was in the right place at the right time I wouldn?t be near as successful as I currently am. I?d like to offer that opportunity to others. There are two ways we'll be doing that.

Situation 1... You?d like to work with us in developing one of our sites.
We have a number of great properties and ideas that have not been developed for one reason or another. As a company we are going to be focusing on our core projects only. So these other properties will go undeveloped. We are looking to form partnerships with individuals/companies to develop these properties. The properties we have vary in nature and where they are right now. Some are completely undeveloped and some are making good money. The one thing they have in common is they are all long term high quality projects, no fast buck projects.

Each partnership will be unique. The only thing each partnership will have in common is that they will be serious partnerships. We don?t dick around. We take our business very seriously and treat people with the utmost respect and ask the same in return.

Situation 2 You have a site that you?d like to work with us on.
If you have a project that you are very passionate about and are looking to partner with someone, to help take it to the next level, contact us. We are looking for hard working people that have the fire and need maybe just a little extra to take it up a notch. We only enter partnerships that we feel are mutually beneficial. If we can?t help you we won?t waste your time.

I?m determined to make 2011 our best year ever and I?m hoping to find a few (or more) people that will help us and join in on the ride.
