While I will concede that there are many qualified people in the online, and adult industries. Many of those who would be looking for such a venture are going to be old school, and/or lazy. They were here back in the days of the gravy train, and bounce from project to project, company to company, trying to milk a $50k a year out of it.
I have found that "work ethic" is more important than just about any other qualification you could consider. You can teach a person skills sets. You can't teach work ethic. Either you have it, or you don't. Hopefully you have a solid project manager to stay on top of these things.
