Let's say I am starting a blog, so there is no traffic yet. How does one find the traffic that might be interested in blogs that aren't image-heavy?
Does a program exist that promotes other blogs instead of websites? Sorry for my noob questions, I know one can't just snap their fingers and have the traffic, but it's a work in progress
