Looks like they left off the "Intent to do bodily harm" charge. Interesting... considering the police never seem to leave out possible charges.
Why would any of his ex-girlfriends want to A. Receive a present from their ex. B. Want to keep a present with "Merry X-mas Bitch" written on it, from their ex.
Seems pretty strange to me. And the part about him being the one to pull the trigger... how would he know when?
