As for the OP's question ... not sure the answer, but some possibilities:
* Is the transaction shown as "Settled" or "Pending" ... or to put it another way, did the transaction just show up today or was it there for a couple days?... If it's less than 2 days old, wait another day or two and see if the code later appears.
* Have you tried clicking on "View Details" (or something like that) ... the code might be buried in there.
