if everyone was armed there would be more murders, that is for sure. about 10-20% of the population are fucking crazy and about to snap at any given moment despite living a 'normal' life. i am not for banning guns but you've got to make sure they don't get in the wrong hands. im personally more worried about psychos having guns than criminals. criminals generally don't want to kill anyone, they just want to intimidate. psychos do want to kill, that is their goal.
