I'm not sure which threads this was about, but on the specific topic . . .
While it would be in poor taste to kill off a character built on a person, a large proportion of solo girl sites are based on a character, not on the actual person in the pictures.
So Tawnee Stone might be wholly fictional, barely based on the model who portrays her, but saying she is dead is still going to cause confusion in a cruel way and make people's general empathy lower.
Basically, Michael C. Hall might be convincing as Dexter Morgan, but he didn't create the character.
