100K was mentioned to give people the scope of the type of project I had in mind that I was willing to give them details of how to set it up. So people with 5K to spend wouldn't waste their time and mine contacting me.

money is a part of this but even if I financed the whole thing there is other things I do not have that would be needed to pull it off. It would be so much easier for an existing, larger company with the infer structure in place to build this and run it and let me give them the blue prints and help.

Also would be needed is:
- location favorable to obscenity laws.
- couple reliable people to run it.
- a good source of new talent

I never asked for investors or anyone to give me money, I don't work that way. If I am going to run a project it will be my own and my own money. If I don't have the time to do it or other factors needed prevent me from doing it myself and someone else wants to do it, then I will give them the blue prints so they can execute it... at a small cost.
