It's not yours, not mine, it's all between content owners and surfers. We act quickly on any DMCA requests and you KNOW that.
Also we don't have any of "paid" members area, it's a purchased spot. And we're gladly giving up that spot for all the affiliate programs which are willing to cooperate.
