I tested forex a while ago with great results, it's just a bit hard to get traffic, but converting at 1:30 and 50-100 bucks per sale. Got 5 sales in 1 week, then stopped promoting and testing other areas.
Right now I'm testing betting sports and some other niches also with great results.
Just stay away from facebook traffic or adwords/adsense and you will do fine.
CPA and those are a complete SCAM, they only build those ugly cookie cutter templates with big RED BOLD fonts and dotted lined boxes.. so annoying.. this is 2011 guys, all people know just by entering at those fake landings that it's a scam. period.
One of my friends promotes Poker as affiliate and makes real bank there. BIG Money. I will start testing that area soon. But definitely the action right now is in that area (sports betting, poker, etc), you can't imagine the action right now, while the adult conventions are dead, the conventions on that mainstream areas all over the place, right now one in london, their forums are full of people, like adult in 2002... right now adult forums are dead and nobody goes to convention except some fuckers and scammers from cams and such.
