The fact that people are arguing over whether a white dude or black dude invented air conditioning is funny as hell.
With all that said, I've always thought that generally speaking, the "colored folks" invented the cool shit (like gunpowder), but white folks perfected it (so they could conquer and enslave the colored folks lol). Kinda simplistic, but works for me.
