Im noticing the same too. They are a soild host. Really like them. They changed some of the support software system it seems over there last month. New looking interface. Maybe that has something to do with it. I have yet to get my invoice too but the technical support is still very fast I had them do some things and get a very fast response.
I know the same owners and tech guys are still there. But I also noticed the guy doing the billing is a new name so must be a new guys there.
