I had just recently been hired as a driver for a local company. I came to the office that night to turn the van in and drop my paperwork. I got out of the van to unlock the door and a guy jumped me. I just kind of reacted, and got some good licks in.
Turned out the guy was the former person that held the job. He got drunk, and decided I cost him his job for some reason so he waited on me. I ended up calling him an ambulance. He tried suing the company and me for his injuries and time off work, but was the case was dismissed.
