I love the iPads but won't buy one. I knew that this amazing gadget was screaming for a camera and would be a part of a next-gen iPad, so putting off buying one (especially at $800) was easy for me.
I did however purchase an iPhone 4, and the dual-cameras are amazing to use especially with Facetime (fantastic app btw).
