The other day there was some fight I was involved with a one established webmaster. Now, as long as I didn't approved his job offer I do admire what's he done in past 3 years since he started as webmaster.

On the other hand I can understand how the rest people who are friends of that webmaster don't follow his steps and do what he done and they will have income like he have! They support him,they defend his,they want to make money he does but I didn't saw single webmaster on the board where they hang that followed him.

Seriously, is that so hard? Is it hard to sit down and say:ok, that webmaster X have 90 sites, each sites have from 100 to 500 pages,all pages are seo optimized and that fromthey get traffic,all sites are linked betwen them and he also exchanged links with 10s of other sites. Now he have 100k daily and makes good money. He done that in 3 years.
I will make almost same thing and will be like him in 3 years!

I guess the biggest problem is those 3 years. People wants money and want it now. That's why majority of people works for others.
