Most places advertise it as "legal weed", and well, a lot of people are stupid. I remember someone asking around on IRC if anyone had bought it and if they would get in trouble for getting it. People laughed at him, and asked why he would want to buy something without THC in it. He thought the stuff would get him as high as weed. Stupid people are funny!
