Have a look at qtube. A recent hardened-down implementation I made for a client from the ground up. Custom tube script to handle his content, custom hardening to prevent ripping (see this thread to DIY, and I'd very very much like to hear from you (email in sig) if you can rip any stream, mp4 or flv.
