I think Flash streams have become acceptable due to the tubes. I like using hi-res Flash because they stream fast and for the quality, the size of the file is much smaller. Another added benefit of the tubes conditioning surfers to Flash videos is that my third party video feeds are pretty much very similar to the rest of my content and much more likely to be perceived as part of my site now.
