Well said but I would add that providing preventive care at 100% or a low co-pay should prove to save money and big claims over time by finding problems early on when you can treat or stop them before they are huge claims. Many people need an incentive or nudge to get these things done. I am guilty, should have seen Dr. Jellyfinger a couple of years ago.
