You can overlay whatever you want to do onto the stream, but embedding it requires re-encoding on the fly, which I very very much doubt is a practical solution in terms of CPU usage.

Overlaying is simply a deterrent since if they can rip the stream, they will get the video without the IP etc. The IP would be there though if the video was ripped with screen capture software.
